Driving tests in Leeds: Fearnville and Colton driving test centres

DVSA is opening a new driving test centre in Colton, Leeds. The first day of testing will be Monday 28 April 2025.
The current driving test centre at Fearnville Leisure Centre will stay open. Tests can be booked at either location.
Some tests will be moved to the new Colton driving test centre, and some will stay at Fearnville.
You should check your emails carefully and ask your pupils to do the same to ensure any changes are noted.
The new DTC is located at:

DVSA Surgeries
Andrew Wilson, DVSA LDTM for Leeds, will hold surgeries at Fearnville Leisure Centre for approved driving instructors (ADIs) and customers in the area.
The details are:
• dates: Tuesday 22, Wednesday 23, Friday 25 April 2025
• times: 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm
• location: Fearnville Leisure Centre, Squash Court 4
These sessions are an opportunity for you to:
• speak to a local manager about the new site
• share feedback on how we can better support you and your pupils during this transition
There’s no need to book in advance. Simply drop in during the scheduled time.

Let your pupils know
DVSA will email affected candidates to tell them if their test has been moved. However, if you have booked a test on behalf of your pupil, please let them know about these changes.
